Arno Beaumont — Final-Sale Policy & Refund Assurance

All sales are final
Every Arno Beaumont piece is built, inspected, and packed to order. We therefore do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.


When we will refund you

Situation What we do
Arrives damaged Issue full refund or ship a replacement—your choice.
Manufacturing defect within 24 months Repair, replace, or refund in full if repair isn’t possible.
Wrong item shipped Express-ship the correct model and cover return postage of the incorrect one.
Limited-edition item can’t be replaced Immediate full refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@arnobeaumont.com within 48 hours of delivery (for transit damage) or as soon as you discover a defect.

  2. Include order number, clear photos/video, and a brief description.

  3. Our team responds within one business day with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Packages sent back without prior approval will be refused.


24-Month Mechanical Warranty

  • Covers movement faults, hands, dial, and any manufacturing defect.

  • Excludes normal wear, strap aging, water damage due to misuse, or third-party modifications.

If the fault is covered, we’ll repair or replace. If neither is possible, you receive a full refund.


Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or card-issuer processing times may add a few days.

If you haven’t seen the credit after 15 business days, email finance@arnobeaumont.com and we’ll sort it immediately.
